DR DIEGO PONIEMAN
Doctor Diego Ponieman was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he completed Medical School at the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine.
He came to the New York area where he completed his Internship and Residency at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center. He later completed an Academic Fellowship in General Internal medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine where he stayed as a part time faculty.

Doctor Diego Ponieman is a strong believer that many of the most common health concerns can be prevented and reversed through a better diet.
He advocates the importance of a whole food plant based diet and endorses the findings of The China Study, a 20 year long study of human nutrition launched in partnership by Cornell University, Oxford University, and the Chinese Academy of Preventative Medicine.
Dr. Ponieman also is a frequent guest who answers questions at “Preguntele al doctor” (ask the doctor) at the Spanish channel Telemundo 47 where he addresses health related issues.
Aifra is our on-site nutrition coach. She encourages and supports individuals to reclaim their ideal wellbeing through Whole Food Plant Based nourishment and healthy habits.
